Mercy, Mercy (Please?)

Looking at the upcoming schedule this morning did not help getting over yet another bad day on the gridiron for my Rams. We may well be looking at a 2-14 record – I don’t see any patsies on the schedule(I think that’s because we have become the patsies).

I am concerned with what appears to be a lackadaisical attitude on the part of some of the players, but a much bigger concern to me is the repeated poor decisions over years on personnel whether it be free agents or the draft. Billy Devaney may be the man to lead this sorry bunch out of the wilderness, so somebody give him the @#$%%* authority to accomplish that. Coach Haslett may be a victim of circumstance (I hope not). It’d be a downright sorry day if Shaw or Zygmunt has any hand in letting Haslett go because of their absolute ineptitude. Coach is the type of fiery, no-nonsense guy they are going to need for the long haul, and I do see it as a LOONG Haul.

Excuse me while I sign off and read up on baseball spring training in the meantime.
