Tough Training Camp

Quotes coming from Coach Spagnuolo indicate the Rams players can expect a very tough training camp. I think this is necessary at this point.
Its odd to recall that about 10 years ago, we had the opposite camp adjustment when coach Vermeil eased up on a rigorous training schedule. I think both men made the correct decision.
There was concern 10 years ago that the players in the previous season were unnecessarily fatigued by very tough training, and the adjustment was one of many factors that ultimately resulted in a Super Bowl Championship.
Of course the results of Spags decision are unknown at this time, but I think this team needs the no nonsense, tough attitude, exuded by this coach to be their team attitude.
We need to honor the finesse label given to a Super Bowl Champion and an NFC Champion, but we need to now leave that label in the trophy case, and be a rockem sockem bunch of hard-hitters and grinders who can still go deep when the opportunity presents itself, but primarily be a hard-nosed team.
