As we move through the preseason, let's all step back and remember how big a task Spags and Devaney have in front of them.

I've seen a lot of gloom and doom already on some message boards bemoaning various phases of the Rams game performances thus far.

I am disheartened that the Rams have fallen into the pit like they have over the last 2 years like all Rams fans, but let's remember to give our organization plenty of leeway to turn it around.

The organization is at long last set up to run the way all professional teams should be, with knowledgeable football people given the authority to fully implement their well thought out plan of attack.

The Rams didnt get into this pit overnight, and it will take some perseverance by all to see it through, so thats what we have to do!
