The Rams Are Bound For History

After the Lions broke their losing streak it left the door wide open for the Rams to step in and graciously take over the Lions position in the NFL. And the announcers were more than happy to remind the public of this. How humiliating.

As a player, I don't know how I would be able to look at myself in the mirror and honestly say that I did my job. Only a select few on this team can actually say that, where as the rest really need to reevaluate their lives and see if football is really for them?

The way they've been playing leads you to think they'll have no problems surpassing the Lions NFL record of 19 straight losses and take that dubious honor away from them. It seems quite feasable now that the team could lose the next 7 games and enter the history books as the worst team in the NFL.

Who knows with the way things are going, perhaps they will join the Lions with an 0-16 record being only the 2nd team in NFL history to go winless.

The worst thing is that the NFL and their talking heads are enjoying this. When the Lions struggled they showed sympathy. When the Lions finally won, they were so excited for them you would have thought they had just won the Super Bowl. When the Rams finally win, it will probably go unnoticed.

Go Rams!
